PASQUALE R. CONCESSI, President

A Multi-Disciplined seasoned Consulting Engineer with 44 years of continuous Engineering Practice serving the Engineering Construction Industry. Employed in the Contracting and Service Industry for 5 years prior to entering the Consulting Engineering Profession in 1960. Subsequently, served as Job Engineer and Project Manager for several major engineering firms over the following 10 years. Since that time, has been in continuous practice over the following 35 years as Principal-in-Charge.

Has been responsible for all MEP aspects of a project, including the development of design criteria, code compliance, design and selection of systems and equipment for commercial, industrial and institutional buildings and facilities.

Maintains active involvement in the Engineering and Administration of the projects, including field surveys and system evaluation, specification and report writing, life-cycle costing and energy conservation, manpower and engineering scheduling, cost estimating, and client liaison.

In addition, served as Instructor of Air Conditioning Technology, Evening Division of Voorhees Technical Institute, New York City (10 yrs); lecturer in Environmental Sciences at Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, and F.I.T. Interior Design Curriculum.

ROBERT L. CONCESSI - ASSOCIATE         PROJECT MANAGER

A Senior Engineer with 24 years experience in Consulting Engineering and the Construction Industry.

Robert’s experience has included Design Development, Drawing Production, and Management of Construction Phase Work. Proficient in Computer-Based Engineering Programs, including calculations and selections of equipment, Life Cycle Analysis and Energy Studies. Project Manager at Concessi Engineering for the past 16 years.

Spearheaded the Design and Installation of large-scale Geothermal HVAC Systems for 2 Long Island School Districts one of which received the Gold Award for Excellence of the Consulting Engineering Council.

MERRITH KNIGHT - ASSOCIATE         SR. MECHANICAL PROJECT ENGINEER / PROJECT MANAGER

Seasoned Senior Mechanical Engineer with 28 years experience in the Design and installation of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems including 19 years with our Firm. Extensive experience in all aspects of design work, ranging from minor alterations to complete building system replacement. Proficient in Air Conditioning Systems, boilers, heat exchangers, and System Replacement Projects, Air Distribution Systems, field balancing, and troubleshooting of HVAC and Plumbing Systems. Excellent layout capability and experience in retrofit applications.

Has served as Project Engineer with our firm over the past 19 years.
