PROJECT MANAGEMENT APPROACH

Personal involvement of principals in the day-to-day decisions of the project, offers a high level of attention to the project, backed up by a strong staff.

Each project comes under the direct supervision of a principal of the firm and is evaluated to insure compliance with current practices, established codes and regulations, owner's requirements and standards, and budgeted costs.

DESIGN QUALITY

During the preliminary stage of design, alternative systems and arrangements are considered and analyzed. In-house brainstorming sessions serve to draw on the experience of the staff, and arrive at a preferred design. Following this, an outline is prepared and issued to the project team for review and approval. Subsequently, budget estimates may be prepared to flag any significant variance to the intended project budget at an early stage.

CADD SYSTEM

Our Company has a complete office computer network and Internet capabilities.

CADD capability was implemented in the mid-1980’s, and we have continued to work towards producing standardization of format and presentation, which has proven valuable to client needs, when additional changes are made after the completion of Design Plans.

Our Office’s CADD System continues to keep pace with current improving technologies, and is currently utilizing the AutoCAD System.

Our full network Internet capabilities allow our office to deliver Plans/Specifications/Documents to our clients immediately anywhere in the world. In the same respect, we can receive in the same manner. This allows greater coordination of Design and Construction documents, and can save valuable time in eliminating messengering/shipping.

TECHNICAL QUALITY

Engineering calculations are performed on computer-based programs, which result in improved accuracy. Preparation of plans, schedules, and system details, on the computer system (CADD) results in uniformity of presentation and minimization of errors.

Before issuance of plans and specifications, a separate detailed checking procedure is undertaken; first in-house, following with coordination with the architects and outside consultants.

This philosophy and its' implementation is the cornerstone and hallmark of our success over the past 35 years. It is through this process that we assure the quality of the design, the quality of the technical execution of the design, and maintain our projects on schedule.
